Refund Policy

Our straightforward refund policy for website design and hosting services.

Important Notice: Due to our extremely low pricing structure, we cannot offer refunds once your website is completed or live. The $99 setup fee barely covers our costs to create and configure your one-page website & hosting. If we are unable to deliver complete satisfaction after your second revision before your website is completed or live. You may request a refund with no questions asked. Thank you.

1. Website Setup Fees

1.1 Before Setup Begins

If you cancel your order before your website is completed or live (typically within 24 hours of order placement), you may request a full refund of your $99 setup fee.

1.2 After Setup Begins

Once our design team complete the work on your website (which typically starts within 24-48 hours of order placement), the $99 setup fee becomes non-refundable. This is because we immediately allocate resources and begin the design process at our extremely low price point.

We do not offer partial refunds for work completed if you choose to cancel after setup has begun.

2. Monthly Hosting Fees

2.1 Active Service

Monthly hosting fees ($29.95/month or $299.40/year) are non-refundable for the current billing period when you cancel. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

2.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your hosting service at any time by contacting us. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we don't offer refunds after work begins, we do offer:

  • 2 rounds of revisions included with your setup fee to ensure you're happy with your website
  • Ongoing support to address any technical issues with your hosted website

If you're unsatisfied with the initial design, we'll work with you through the revision process to make it right.

4. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may make exceptions to this policy, such as:

  • If we are unable to deliver complete satisfaction after your second revision
  • If we are unable to deliver the promised services due to unforeseen circumstances
  • If there was a clear error in service description that significantly differs from what was provided

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy:

  1. Email us at support@plainohost.com with your order details
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Explain why you're requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
