Quick fixes for common problems.

Issue: My Website Is Down / Not Loading

Check These First:

1. Is your domain expired? (Check your portal)

2. Is your hosting paid? (Check invoices)

3. Try a different browser or device

4. Clear your browser cache

If Still Down:

• Open a support ticket immediately

• Include: Your domain, when it stopped working, what you see

Issue: I Can't Log In to My Portal

Try These:

1. Click "Forgot Password" to reset

2. Check spam folder for reset email

3. Make sure you're using the right email

4. Try a different browser

Issue: Contact Form Not Working

Check:

1. Spam folder (replies might be there)

2. Is your email set up? (Forms send to your email)

3. Test with a different email address

Issue: Site Looks Weird on My Phone

First:

• Refresh the page

• Update your phone's browser

• Check in landscape vs portrait mode
