You have two options for your domain name:

Option A: Register a New Domain with Us
We can register your domain for you. Just search for availability during checkout.

Option B: Use an Existing Domain (Transfer or Point)

Method 1: Transfer Your Domain to PlainOHost (Recommended)
Transferring moves your domain management to us. You get +1 year free!

  1. Unlock your domain at your current registrar

  2. Get the EPP code (authorization code)

  3. Go to: https://plainohost.com/host/index.php

  4. Click "Transfer Your Domain"

  5. Enter your domain and EPP code

  6. Complete checkout

  7. We'll handle the rest (takes 5-7 days)

Method 2: Point Your Domain to Us (Keep Current Registrar)
Update your nameservers to point to our hosting:

  1. Log in to your current domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)

  2. Find DNS/Nameserver settings

  3. Replace current nameservers with:

ns1.plainohost.com
ns2.plainohost.com
  1. Save changes (takes 24-48 hours to update)

  2. Click "My Services"

  3. Find your website package

  4. Click "Add Email"

  5. Choose mailbox size:

    • Basic: 10GB – $3.95/month

    • Professional: 25GB – $7.95/month

    • Business: 50GB – $14.95/month

  6. Complete checkout

How to Set Up Your Email

Webmail Access:

  • Go to: https://plainohost.com/webmail

  • Log in with: you@yourdomain.com and your password

Set Up on Phone (iPhone):

  1. Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account

  2. Choose "Other" → "Add Mail Account"

  3. Enter: Name, Email, Password, Description

  4. Choose IMAP (recommended)

  5. Incoming/Outgoing server: mail.yourdomain.com

  6. Save

Set Up on Computer (Outlook):

  1. Add Account → Manual setup

  2. Choose IMAP

  3. Incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com (port 993, SSL)

  4. Outgoing server: mail.yourdomain.com (port 465, SSL)

  5. Enter your full email and password

  6. Test and finish
